What areas does your recruitment cover?

We recruit throughout the South East England as well as the London areas. At the moment we have our offices in Farnham, Surrey and looking at opening various branches across the region. We have staff connections with Eastern Europe, we directly interview candidates and make extensive use of Skype and Facetime to ensure that every candidate is thoroughly vetted before being presented to you- no location is too remote.

What should I do if I am unsatisfied with your service?

We take the quality of our staff provision very seriously and send out 6 monthly appraisal review documents for you to complete if you have a regular staff member from us.

How do I know who is coming?

We will call and confirm the staff member’s name who is allocated to cover your shift. We can also confirm this via email, if requested. If this is a new person to your establishment we can send you a profile with their compliance details and training dates as well as a photo of the worker – all workers should have their Third Hand Care ID badge on arrival at each shifts.

Do you provide home care in my area?

Yes, our services radiate from Farnham spreading throughout Surrey and Hampshire. Our Live-In Service goes further covering remote areas of England.

How do I book a shift and how soon can you cover shifts?

Our phones are manned 24 hours a day and our staff are able help you with any requests – we have a 20 min call back policy and will update you honestly with our progress with allocating you with staff cover. We will look for cover and continue to keep you updated.

Are all your staff compliant?

All our staff are compliant to the latest guidelines and legislation and audited regularly. Our dedicated office staff ensure all our workers are up to date with DBS checks and training and the recruitment process is completed by our in-house trained nurse.

 

As a new client how quickly can someone start if I require them?

As soon as we have signed terms of business we can begin. We will speak to you about your establishment and your specific requirements. We will then search for the most suitable staff for you.
