Training Courses

At Third Hand Care we are passionate about the quality of our staff, we have created a training program to help us guarantee that our staff are fully compliant and ready to go to work without delay, with the skills and knowledge matched to the assignments they are required to undertake.

All our candidates receive an induction based on the GSCC Codes of Practice and our specific client requirements. We constantly review the skill requirements of our care workers and work with external training providers to provide ongoing training.
